You can now:

  • Access aspects of your medical records held by the practice 

  • View test results
  • Book appointments

  • Request repeat medication 

You can collect a form for online registration at reception. It's very important that only genuine patients are granted internet access. The best way we can ensure this is to see photographic ID and separate proof of address
